MOHAMAD ROZI LATIN

Mohamad Rozi Latin is a former member from Singapore Civil Defence Force elite team known as Disaster Assistance Rescue Team which is recognize by International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) under the United Nations umbrella and accredited ACTA and OPITO competence assessor.
He specializes in disaster emergency response and rescue operation onshore and offshore. Rozi also coaches offshore safety and survival training, confined space entry and rescue, vertical height rescue, basic and advance fire fighting, fire warden, offshore emergency response team member, offshore emergency response team leader, H2S awareness, helicopter underwater escape training and sea survival training.
Working as emergency response specialist gave him a great opportunity to expose himself in coaching oil and gas personnel from Brunei Shell Petroleum, Saudi Aramco, Malaysia Petronas, Singapore Shell Refining and Singapore ExxonMobil Chemical. He has more than fifteen years of experience in fire fighting, search and rescue and seven years of experience delivering emergency response and survival training. He brings his experience in real life situation to help others to gain knowledge, experience and action to take to keep survive and be alive.

GHAZALI RASUL

Ghazali is an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator, with deep knowledge in the field of workplace safety & health, project management, sales & marketing, leadership and communication. He has a great passion for training, learning and development, and is able to work effectively with people at all levels. Ghazali is also an active participant in local community and social activities.
Ghazali has over 15 years of industry experience. He gained experience serving as a Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator with Sumitomo at the oil & gas (Jurong Island Project), as a Safety Assessor with Espirit Building & Engineering for both LTA & HDB Projects, and also as a Real Estate Consultant (Associate Team Director) at PropNex Realty in Singapore.
Ghazali played a lead role in the development of safety management systems & safety trainings at Espirit Building & Engineering for both LTA & HDB Projects. He had also achieved and being awarded the recognition of 2,800,000 Safe Work Hours together with the Sumitomo’s Safety Team at the Nalco EHCP Project @ Jurong Island.
Ghazali has experiences in conducting training workshops in Sales & Marketing, Safety & Health and Leadership Skills for executives in Singapore. He had conducted Safety Induction Courses & Risk Management Training for workers at all levels.

ASHRI BIN ABDULLAH

Ashri Bin Abdullah is a highly accomplished QHSE Professional, Consultant, Trainer and Assessor with over 20 years of industry experience in Workplace Safety & Health, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and competency-based training. He possesses extensive expertise across high-risk industries including construction, rail, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. Ashri is passionate about developing people through practical learning, professional coaching, and effective knowledge sharing, enabling organisations to strengthen workplace safety culture and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Ashri has led the development and implementation of Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS), ensuring compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety & Health Act, Fire Safety Act, and industry best practices. As a qualified Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Fire Safety Manager (FSM), and Internal ISO 45001 Auditor, he has successfully conducted safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness programmes for organisations across multiple sectors.

Ashri has extensive experience designing and delivering competency-based training programmes covering ISO 45001 Management Systems, Risk Management, Safe Work Procedures, Permit-to-Work Systems, Emergency Response Procedures, CERT & Rescue Operations, and Dangerous Goods Management. MD MAZLAN BIN BOYAMIN

Chef Mazlan was a Sous Chef at The Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. He is armed with Advance Culinary Placement Diploma by At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy, Johnson and Wales University, College of Culinary Arts. Chef Mazlan is also a Private Chef and Culinary Instructor for various Institution, Nutrition Company and School where he is actively invited and engaged as International Guest Chef to make special appearances in events or host a demo cooking for events.
He is a WSQ ACTA (Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment) Trainer with academics in WSQ Conduct Food and Beverage Hygiene Audit, Level 2 Foundation Certificate in HACCP (FCH), RSPH, United Kingdom and Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, RSPH, United Kingdom. His passion also leads him to be certified in IOSH Managing Safely.
Chef Mazlan Boyamin with his 17 years experience in preparing a wide variety of Western, Asian and fusion cuisine for renowned five star hotel has been involved in menu design and creation, food safety and food presentation.
Over the years, he has served up a cuisine to the Singapore President at Istana and foreign dignitary. He also had the opportunity to be involved with various events with The Esplanade by the bay, Morgan Stanley, Rio Tinto, World Gourmet Summit, CLSA, Singapore Grand Prix F1 and many other corporate functions.

SAM MICHAEL

Sam Michael is an Environmental Consultant and Environmental Engineer with experience in environmental assessments, remediation, environmental monitoring, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH). He specializes in Phase 1, 2 and 3 Environmental Site Assessments, industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, air, water, noise and stack emissions monitoring, environmental compliance, and risk management.

His expertise also includes ISCO remediation, oil spill response, landfill gas and odour assessments, contractor management, CAPEX/OPEX budget management, technical proposals, environmental policies, and sustainability initiatives. In addition, he has experience in the technical sales of environmental solutions, supporting organisations with practical and compliant environmental strategies.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Griffith University, Australia, and is currently pursuing a Master of Safety, Health and Environmental Technology at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the co-author of the research paper "Generative AI Performance Across Different Domains in Industrial Engineering."

Fazmi Mohd Shariff is an accomplished Senior HSE Leader, Consultant, Trainer and Facilitator with extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management across high-risk industries. Recognised for his strategic leadership and operational expertise, Fazmi has successfully led safety transformation initiatives, developed comprehensive compliance frameworks, and implemented effective risk management strategies for large-scale industrial projects. He is passionate about promoting strong safety cultures and equipping organisations with practical solutions that enhance operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business performance.

Throughout his career, Fazmi has spearheaded contractor safety management systems, conducted Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), incident investigations, and behavioural safety programmes while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Registered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered NEA Environmental Control Officer (ECO), Registered SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM), and Approved MOM and SSG/WSG Trainer, he has successfully supported multi-million-dollar asset upgrades, plant turnarounds, terminal expansions, and complex engineering projects.

MARK ANTHONY WADDINGTON

MARK ANTHONY WADDINGTON

Mark Anthony Waddington is an experienced specialist security consultant, Close Protection Operative, Team Leader, Master Trainer and Instructor with 17 years of experience in the specialist security industry. He has operated within the private and commercial sectors across low-, medium- and hostile-risk environments worldwide.

Mark specialises in Specialist Security, Risk Awareness, Self-Defence and De-Escalation training. As a Master Trainer and Instructor, he has personally designed and delivered specialist courses to a wide range of audiences internationally.

Prior to his specialist security career, Mark completed 24 years of military service, including 7 years as a Military Policeman. Five of those years were spent serving within Military Police Close Protection Teams, providing him with extensive operational experience in protection and security environments.

His combination of military service, close protection experience, security consultancy and international training provides him with a strong practical background in security operations, personal protection, risk awareness, self-defence and conflict de-escalation.
