Training Methodology

Recognizing that the old ways do not equip participants with the skills and knowledge to manage today’s complex daily operations, Intervention Solutions has developed leading-edge methodologies designed to empower participants and equip them with everything needed to become successful.

Hands-On ‘Learning by Doing’: Our trainers go to great lengths to relate or associate the topics to their own real life experiences in the working environment in order to ensure all students understand how the materials to be presented are relevant to them and the job they do.

In addition to PowerPoint presentations and flipcharts, used as key training aids to convey subjects in an easy-to-understand format, course participants work together as teams in simulated work environments and are required to produce deliverables in a short period of time.

  • Presentations are interjected with hands-on individual or team activities to promote participation, build team morale, and reinforce understanding of concepts.
  • All techniques learned can be applied to managing the students’ own teams and to build morale once they return to the workplace.

Examples & Case Studies: Real life examples are quoted with commentary by the trainer. This allows participants to appreciate the entire scenarios, processes, and the subsequent results.
